Who I help

You're the one who holds everything together — and it's exhausting.

Perfectionism. Burnout. People-pleasing. An inner critic that never quiets down. Anxiety that follows you into every room. Maybe you're exploring an ADHD or autism diagnosis. Maybe the coping strategies that used to help — the alcohol, the overworking, the numbing out — are starting to cost more than they give.

You don't have to keep performing. We start where it actually started: relationship. And we rebuild from there.

My approach

Relational, educational, body & mind.

You're not a list of symptoms to manage. We work in real relationship — I'll teach you what's happening in your nervous system and inner world, then we practice change together. [CONFIRM final modality language.]

Relational

The work happens between us.

  • — Honest, warm, collaborative — no clinical distance
  • — Repairing the relational patterns where they live: in relationship
  • — Pace stays yours; consent is the floor
Educational & embodied

Understand it. Then feel it shift.

  • — Plain-language psychoeducation on trauma & the nervous system
  • — Body-aware tools you can actually use between sessions
  • — Self-esteem and inner-critic repair as a through-line
