## 1:1 Therapy — _weekly, paced, relational._

Weekly individual therapy for adults — in person at the Temecula, CA office and online across California and New Jersey. A steady, warm, body-aware hour shaped around the patterns you're ready to change.

Most clients come for relational trauma, addiction recovery, or the cost of being the person who has held it together for everyone else. We move at the pace your nervous system can integrate — never faster.

## Couples Therapy — _repair, in real time._

Therapy for partners ready to do the slow, honest work of understanding the pattern between them — not just managing the latest fight. We name what's actually happening, learn the nervous-system choreography underneath it, and build the kind of repair you can do in real time.

We start with a 90-minute couple assessment so I can hear both of you and we can decide together what a steady rhythm of work looks like.

Pre-screening call first

## EMDR Intensives — _focused, contained, deep._

Longer, focused EMDR sessions for clients ready to do concentrated work on a specific memory, theme, or stuck pattern — without spreading the processing thin across many weekly hours.

One intensive runs 4.5 hours — 2 hours of processing, a 30-minute break, then 2 hours of processing. $997. Because intensives ask a lot of a nervous system, we always start with a pre-screening call before anything is booked.

Extended, focused sessions for people who don't want to stretch trauma work across a year of weekly hours. Scoped together on a free consult first.

## Counseling for _women._

Therapy for women navigating identity shifts, motherhood, relationships, perfectionism, grief, and the quiet weight of being everyone's safe person. Held inside the same 1:1 weekly format — in person in Temecula or via telehealth across California and New Jersey.

Forming — mid-October

## Groups & _workshops._

The first group forming is a 10-week women's trauma therapy group — 1.5 hours a session, 8 spots, closed from week 1 to week 10, starting an estimated mid-October. Seasonal workshops run alongside it a few times a year.
