Warm, paced, consent-led. The repair has to be, too. We work in real relationship — honest, warm, collaborative. You'll feel met, not assessed. ### Educational You'll never wonder what's happening or why. I teach as we go: attachment, the nervous system, the inner critic, the parts of you that protect. Insight without jargon. ### Body & mind Insight alone doesn't move stuck patterns; the body has to come along. We pair conversation with body-aware practices you can actually use between sessions. ### Consent-led Pace is yours. We never push past what your nervous system can integrate. Safety is the floor of every session — not a bonus we get to once the real work is done. ### Pattern-aware We track what keeps repeating — in relationships, in self-talk, in how you cope — and gently follow it back to where it learned to keep you safe. Then we update it. ### Down-to-earth No clipboard, no clinical distance, no shame. Real talk with someone trained to hold it. A best friend with boundaries — and expertise. Inside a session ## What 50 minutes _tends to look like._ Every session is shaped by what you bring, but this is the rhythm I tend to hold — so you always have a sense of where we are in the hour. - First 10 min ### Check-in, not interrogation We start where you are. What's loud this week, what's quiet, what showed up in your body since we last met. - Middle 30 min ### Follow the thread We slow down on whatever is alive — a stuck pattern, a hard relationship, a body sensation, a younger part.
